ORDER OPTIONS 
We accept phone, fax and internet orders. 
Contact our office on submitting quantity orders. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS 
We accept Discover, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.   

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
All claims must be made with 7 days of receipt of your gift.  Perishable and fragile products cannot be returned.
All custom orders are treated as special orders and are NOT refundable.
We will not accept any opened basket for credit or exchange unless damaged in transit.
These products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged.
Non-perishable items should be returned in their original packaging for inspection by the carrier,
after contacting our office 800-524-4144. 
Retain all products and shipping materials until a return authorization number is issued. 
No returns will be accepted without authorization. 
All credits will be issued to the credit card used in payment for the gift. 

 SUBSTITUTIONS 
We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value based on availability. 

CANCELLATIONS
 All gifts are considered special orders as each gift is prepared specifically for the recipient. 
All cancellations are subject to a restocking charge of 30% if the gift has been filled and/or shipped. 
Original shipping charges are not refundable.   

INSERTION SERVICE 
We provide an insertion service for our clients ad specialties.

FLORIDA SALES TAX 
All gifts delivered in the State of Florida may be subject to Florida State sales tax. 
Please check with us if there is a question. 

CONFIDENTIALITY 
We do not sell or rent our list of customers and clients.  Your confidentiality is guaranteed.

HAND DELIVERY & SHIPPING 
Hand delivery charges vary from $10.00 to $50.00 based on a two city delivery area (50 mile radius). 
Please contact this office for pricing options. 

We use UPS as our carrier of choice.  We can ship via Federal Express if you desire. 
We offer third party bill to our client's shipping accounts. 
Certain items may be able to be shipped to a P.O. Box--PLEASE CHECK WITH OUR OFFICE PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER. 

Shipping charges will be added to your gift. 
Please contact our office for pricing options as they will vary based on location and speed of delivery. 

Please check all addresses for accuracy prior to placing your order as verification is the responsibility of the purchaser.  Any additional charges we receive from the carrier for an incorrect address will be charged back to the customer.
